Variable Brand Design

Variable is an education technology startup that developed an AI-powered platform for teachers. I collaborated with the founders to create a brand identity that balanced innovation with warmth, resulting in a visual system that feels distinctive, trustworthy, and approachable. While the team had a strong vision for the brand's personality, defining its visual direction required extensive collaboration, including discovery sessions, a company name change, custom typography exploration, and numerous concept iterations. The final identity features a custom handwritten script wordmark paired with a playful geometric element inspired by early education.
